Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before confirming your private tour with Bali Mule Island Activities.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms explain how enquiries, bookings and tour arrangements work. Please read them together with your selected package and the written quote provided by our team. Ask us about anything that is unclear before confirming or making a payment.
1. Enquiries & booking confirmation
Submitting an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp or email does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed only after our team confirms availability, the itinerary, the final price and payment arrangements with you in writing.
Please book at least 3 days before departure, based on Bali time (WITA). Last-minute bookings are not accepted. Provide accurate travel dates, guest numbers, children’s ages and pickup details when enquiring.
2. Prices, inclusions & payment
Published tour prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), per person for the selected package. Your final quote will confirm the group total, selected options and any additional charges.
Fastboat tickets, hotel transfers, entrance fees, meals and equipment are included only when expressly listed in your package or written quote. Pickup outside the included service area may carry an additional charge based on distance.
Our team will confirm payment methods, any deposit, the balance due and payment deadlines before you pay. Please check these details and retain your payment confirmation.
3. Changes to your booking
Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change your date, guest numbers, pickup location or selected package. Changes depend on availability and may affect the price. Any revised arrangements and charges must be confirmed in writing.
Routes and timings follow the selected package. Extra stops, beach descents and other special requests must be discussed in advance. Standard beach visits are limited to viewpoints unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
Please ask for and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms applicable to your booking before making a payment. Any deadlines, cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts or third-party conditions must be stated in your written booking arrangements.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact our team promptly using the contact details on this website. Any refund eligibility, amount and processing arrangements will be assessed against the terms agreed for your booking.
If an activity cannot proceed because of weather, sea conditions or an operator decision, our team will explain the available alternatives and any applicable rescheduling or refund options under your agreed booking terms.
5. Weather, routes & wildlife
Itineraries and timings can be affected by weather, sea conditions, traffic, access restrictions and local operating conditions. Drivers and activity operators may adjust stops, routes or timings for safety.
Snorkeling locations depend on sea conditions and the operator’s safety assessment. Manta Bay and Manta Point are different locations; confirm the route included in your package. Wildlife sightings, including manta rays, are never guaranteed.
For the three-stop snorkeling route, allow approximately 2 hours from boarding until disembarking, including boat travel between spots. This does not mean 2 full hours in the water.
6. Safety & activity suitability
Follow the instructions of your driver, guide, boat crew and activity operator. For snorkeling, wear your life jacket from the time you board the boat and follow the safety briefing.
Tell our team before booking about any mobility, swimming or health-related needs that may affect your participation, and the ages of children in your group. Activity suitability must be discussed before confirmation. Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.
Island travel, beach access and ocean activities involve natural and physical risks. Take part within your abilities and seek appropriate advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you.
7. Pickup & guest responsibilities
Be ready at the confirmed pickup or meeting point at the agreed time. Let our team know promptly if you are delayed. Missed departures or late arrival may affect the itinerary; any resulting arrangements will depend on availability and your agreed booking terms.
Look after your personal belongings, use suitable clothing and footwear, respect local customs and follow site rules. Do not touch, chase or feed marine wildlife, or damage coral.
8. Travel insurance & personal belongings
We recommend arranging travel insurance appropriate to your itinerary, including any snorkeling or water activities you choose. Check coverage, exclusions and claim requirements directly with your insurer.
Keep valuables secure and protect electronic devices from water. If belongings are lost or damaged, notify the relevant operator and our team promptly so we can help you identify the next steps.
9. Questions & concerns
Raise any concern during your tour with your guide or operator so it can be addressed promptly. You can also contact Bali Mule Island Activities through our contact page, WhatsApp or email, with your booking details and a description of the issue.
Our enquiry service hours are 08:00–18:00 WITA (Bali time). These terms do not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
10. Updates to these terms
We may update this page to reflect changes to our services or booking process. Check the date shown above when making a new enquiry. Any changes to an already confirmed booking must be discussed and agreed with you in writing.
